Nuestro único helado en forma de rosa se elabora con ingredientes locales y de alta calidad.

¿Qué hace que nuestro helado sea extraordinario?

 

  • No hacemos bolas, usamos una espátula especial para poder formar el helado en forma de rosa en el cucurucho preservando una textura cremosa.
  • Nuestro helado es delicioso y auténtico porque usamos los mejores ingredientes disponibles y de origen BIO.
  • Nuestro helado no contiene emulsionantes, grasas vegetales hidrogenadas ni aceite de palma.
  • Enriquecemos nuestro helado con leche y crema fresca de origen local, azúcar moreno, glucosa, miel y mucha fruta fresca de temporada.
  • También ofrecemos helados para veganos e intolerantes a la lactosa.

Sabores siempre disponibles

Vainilla

Para este clásico utilizamos vainilla de la isla Reunión. Preparamos la base dejándola hervir a fuego lento con vainas de vainilla, ralladura de limón, además de leche, crema y huevos frescos de producción local.

CHOCOLATE

Nuestro chocolate tiene un sabor rico y robusto. Preparamos la base con leche y crema fresca que se mezcla con cacao en polvo de alta calidad. Obtiene su verdadera textura de chocolate gracias a la lenta cocción y al tiempo de maduración que es de 12 horas.

Lavanda y chocolate blanco

Utilizamos aceite de lavanda liso, 100% limpio de Papkert, que se produce en la destilería de Pannonhalma Arch Abbey. La base se prepara con leche, crema y unas gotas de aceite de lavanda y el resultado es una textura refrescante y suave. Agregamos chocolate blanco para crear un gran sabor.

MANGO

Para nuestro sorbete de mango vegano usamos mangos Alphonso, una de las variedades superiores de los mangos en cuanto a su dulzor, riqueza y sabor. Para la base, preparamos un jarabe con tres tipos de azúcar (principalmente azúcar de uva) así el helado obtiene una textura sedosa que ayuda a resaltar el sabor distintivo de la fruta.

Frambuesa

Utilizamos 2.5kg de frambuesas para elaborar un tubo de helado.

Limón y Albahaca

Decidimos condimentar el sabor de limón con albahaca, creando algo nuevo para nuestros clientes. Este sorbete vegano es muy refrescante y está disponible durante todo año.

Pistacho

Este es uno de nuestros sabores más populares. Está hecho con pistachos cultivados en el suelo volcánico de Bronte, Italia. Este ingrediente premium, que tiene un aroma y sabor característico, se mezcla en una base hecha de leche y crema. Los pistachos tostados y salados de Sicilia se mezclan en la base dulce creando un sabor espeso, dulce y salado al mismo tiempo con una consistencia muy cremosa.

Nueces

La nuez se integra en el helado de dos maneras: una, se cocina con leche de miel y también se carameliza, se tritura y se añade en la base cremosa. Un sabor verdaderamente inolvidable.

Avellana Wasabi

Esta especie picante tan conocida en la comida japonesa se combina con la avellana salada para crear un auténtico placer.

Calabaza

Calabaza dulce con semillas de calabaza.

Pan integral y whiskey

Se utiliza un poco de whiskey Jameson vertido en la vainilla bourbon con el fin de mejorar la base de grano. Para rematar la experiencia, espolvoreamos migas integrales y caramelizadas en la mezcla de helado.
